The WOW Festival in Rotherham allows people to share their stories, hopes and aspirations through a series of talks and performances.
WOW Rotherham 2024 will take place in the town centre, making use of businesses, green spaces, and outdoor venues. Â There will be a line-up of talks, performances, panel discussions, debates and more.
As an integral part of WOW Rotherham, ‘Big Ideas’ are back for 2024. We’re looking for people to participate in pressing conversations, share important ideas for change, and discuss the issues close to your heart. This is your opportunity to present your ideas, plans and achievements for big changes for women and girls.
We’re particularly interested in people who would like to speak on themes about Relationships and Families, Safety, Body Positivity, Mental Health and wellbeing and Gender and Sexuality.
If this is your first time speaking in public, we can offer plenty of support – we’d love to hear from you.

The deadline to apply for this post is the 5pm, 1st March 2024. The outcome of your application will be sent by the 22nd of March.
You must be available on the 11th May 2024 and able to get to Rotherham Town Centre.
