Here is some feedback from people involved in the project:
"The sessions made me leave my comfort zone and do something totally different. I was surprised by the end result as I couldn't have imagined what it would look like. I have met new people and made new friends"
"I really enjoyed being involved with the project. I learnt new skills and enjoyed watching members talking and sharing new ideas and being so encouraging with each other's squares. I was so impressed with the final quilt"
"During the pandemic, I found that quilting was my way of relaxing and being in a room sewing straight lines was very calming, restful and therapeutic. I didn't start the project at the same time as most of the others and I wondered if I would find it too much. I needn't have worried as the group were very welcoming and understanding and it was wonderful that materials were provided"
