Join us in our creative writing sessions dedicated to nurturing and celebrating stories through listening, writing and sharing.
Spread the Word Poetry Session – June

Each of the sessions will include a space to talk to each other as well as some really gentle creative writing exercises to help us put pen to paper. You may write a few words, you may write a full poem or even a paragraph describing something important to you. We can allow some time and space to share our writing if we choose to and we can also share how it is to be in a space sharing our stories and writing on the page.
No ticket necessary, just turn up!

Travel
The Garden Room at Clifton Park is a short distance from Rotherham Town Centre, so it is well connected via buses and trains.
Bus
There is a bus stop immediately outside the Museum. From the Rotherham town centre interchange, you can take the X1 or X10 bus to Maltby which will drop you off at Clifton Park Museum.
Parking
There is parking a Clifton Park Museum, the Garden Room is roughly 100m from the car park. Charges apply to the Museum and Doncaster Road car park. There is accessible parking available.
