Our Scratch Choir Day is a relaxed, friendly session led by two wonderful choir leaders who will guide you through fun warm-ups before we learn and sing a brand-new piece together.
This opportunity is open to everyone, even if you don't regularly sing in a choir. Under-18s are welcome under the supervision of a responsible adult.
The session will be audio-recorded as part of Rotherham Loves Music. Our free Winter Light and Sound Festival, taking place in Rotherham Town Centre on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th February 2026. Find out more here - ROTHERHAM LOVES MUSIC
No one will be recorded individually. A microphone will be set up in the Minster to capture the sound of everyone singing together.
Refreshments will be provided, and everyone is welcome. If you’ve ever wanted to sing in a choir, or already do, this is perfect for you!
