Join the FLUX Rotherham team in the Festival Village, 7th – 8th September at Clifton Park, for free creative workshops, chat, hula hooping and to grow the Community Knowledge Store.
The Festival Village programme is designed to reflect all the brilliantly creative things that happen out in communities across Rotherham and we’d love you to come and join us.
Join artists for free hands-on creative workshops celebrating making, creating and vibrant imaginations. Add to 2 giant pieces of art which will grow throughout the weekend, take-home unique plants, poems and paintings, and print your very own Rotherham Landmark poster.
These drop-in activities are led by artists Karen Hall, Vic Leeson, Emma Wilson, Phil Padfield and Ellie Way.
Get acquainted with the Bee Cart as part of FLUX’s Green and Growing project, where Pif-Paf theatre use super-scaled bee models to reconnect with the tiny creatures that keep us alive. The charming and surreal characters that accompany the Bee Cart bring bees, plants and pollination to life.
Watch out for surprise local acts throughout the weekend!
