I run workshops on all aspects of writing, publishing and performing poetry and spoken word.
I have written many poems and song lyrics, some of which I have had published, and some in a volume of autobiography called My life as a Pop Star in Sixty Odd Songs. The companion piece with sixty odd poems is in the pipeline.
Much of my recent writing is on my Sixty Odd Poems page on Substack, where I have published many of my own poems and essays about poetry from Chaucer to Larkin. I have also published over eighty other poets through my Sixty Odd Poets page.
I have published over fifty of these in printed form and hold regular launch evenings, open mics and poetry games sessions at the Fox Gallery in Mexborough.
In my workshops I aim to develop people’s confidence in their writing and create opportunities for them to see their work online or in print.
