Mark Lee

When I realised I was too short to be an astronaut I decided to follow my love of books and be a designer. I can turn my hand to most things, but I specialise in art direction, editorial design and occasional illustration work for trade, academic and professional publishers. I am also a trained copywriter and editor, and offer a publicity, editorial and production consultancy service. My portfolio includes work for Taylor and Francis, Wiley-Blackwell, Bloomsbury Academic, Equinox Publishing and SAGE Publications, as well as a number of independent and self-publishers.

I am a director of Artful – Make It Happen, a Rotherham-based social enterprise using the arts as an inspirational tool for community engagement, and a co-founder of the Rotherham Creative Network.
