Beth is a performance storyteller who works across the North of England delivering sessions in schools, museums, castles, at festivals, for special events and in the great outdoors. She brings traditional stories to life with music, silly voices, songs and the occasional chicken dance.

Her storytelling will sweep you away into a magical land of wonder and fun where the unexpected comes true. There is time to listen, connect, play and dream in every session – so let’s begin!

Beth has 20 years of experience working as a teacher, workshop leader and performer and her work is motivated by our shared myths, folktales and legends; history and magical landscape. She has seen how powerful bringing these stories to the young and old can be. It is here, with spoken tales, we develop confidence with writing and reading stories, accessing the imagination and forging community.
