Voluntary Action Rotherham are creating a second zine around Mental Health. This print publication brings together pieces of work made in creative workshops by community groups in the town, and interviews with Rotherham based voluntary and community sector leaders.
We are looking for Expressions of Interest from Rotherham based artists who would like to have their work featured on the front cover of the zine. We are looking for a piece of art that really captures its essence and correlates with this years’ theme of death, loss and grief. We are also looking for a piece that works well in print format.
We particularly welcome submissions from those with lived experience of Mental Health and from emerging artists.

Your expression of interest should be 250 words about you and your idea for the piece – and examples of up to 3 images which you feel demonstrate why your practice is relevant for this opportunity. Applications are welcomed in video, audio or written format. Video or audio applications should be a maximum of 5 minutes.  Please include in your application information on how best to contact you!

Artist Fee: £250 (paid by invoice) NB you must be registered as self-employed as we will ask for your Unique Taxpayer Reference number.
