Greasbrough Creates: Mindful Movement – October

Join us for some Mindful Movement and Gentle Exercise, followed by tea, coffee, and biscuits. This session offers a soothing blend of yoga-inspired stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. Led by experienced movement practitioner Hayley Beecher, these outdoor sessions are designed to let you move in a way that works for you and your body—slow, gentle, and kind.
