Rotherham Remix reimagines All Saints’ Square through a surreal lens, blending real and fantastical imagery. Created by artist Ian Kirkpatrick in collaboration with 25 students from Bramley Sunnyside Junior School, the artwork features flying fish, dragons, and robots in a vibrant vision of Rotherham.
The piece forms part of Ian’s ICONOCLASH project, which explores ancient and modern iconography. His bold, graphic style draws on infographics, video games, and mythology to reflect today’s world. Ian’s work has been shown internationally, with commissions for the London Olympics, Tour de France, and Oxford University Museum of Natural History.
