Ferham Festival is a rich cultural festival that takes place in the heart of Ferham park. Ferham Festival is filled with music, sport, outdoor arts, creative workshops, food and much more! Working closely with the community to create large scale programming across the green space. The festival is free to attend and celebrates the community that surrounds it.  

FLUX Rotherham, Rotherham United Sports Trust, Children’s Capital of Culture and RMBC Events are bringing you Ferham Festival back on the 5th of July 2025, 1pm-6pm. We are on the lookout for information stalls who will run engagement activities in their stall. 

You will need to provide the following: 

• Proof of Public Liability Insurance  

• Copy of Risk Assessment of your activity 

• Provide us with links to all your marketing and communications 

• Your own gazebo, tables and chairs 

• A blurb of the engagement that you’d like to do, a blurb about your charity. 

Please note: We only have limited slots available, and the decision will be made by communities in the area. Each stall will be able to bring one vehicle on site. You MUST be able to provide everything listed above or your stall will not be presented to the community panel.

The deadline to apply for a stall is on the 11th of April 2025 by 5pm.  

We will only reach out to stalls that have been accepted, these will be given by the 4th of April by 5pm.
