Over July and August, we've delivered 33 creative activities, bringing people together to explore, learn, create and connect.

• Our Green & Creative programme was busier than ever across two beautiful locations. At Canklow Woods, artist Charlie Hill helped participants create magical woodland crowns inspired by nature, while at Thrybergh Country Park, artists Evelyn Albrow and Debbie Williams led hands-on ceramics and textile workshops, encouraging creativity in the great outdoors. At the beginning of August, we hosted the very first Thrybergh Creative Family Weekend, welcoming more than 170 people to experiment with clay, work with natural and found materials, and create imaginative fantasy creatures together.
• We celebrated the power of words through our Spread the Word poetry groups with Vic Leeson at Mowbray Gardens, Ray Hearne in Swinton and Jodie Platts at Kimberworth Library, alongside inspiring Open Mic events at Wath Tap and Rotherham Minster.
• We explored the natural world through Greasbrough Creates, sketching nature and finding inspiration in our local surroundings, while Swinton Creates brought communities together through a pottery picnic and the Fitzwilliam Summer Bash.
• We were also proud to be part of some of Rotherham's biggest community celebrations. Ferham Festival welcomed more than 2,300 people for a day packed with creativity, play and performance, including Flycycle by Pif-Paf, Game On Arcade, Electronic Music Club, sports and activities.
• We also joined the celebrations at Maltby Show, sharing creative opportunities with local communities. Through Build and Play at Maltby and our involvement with Uplift alongside RMBC, we've continued creating spaces where people can come together, get creative and have fun.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this summer, from participants and artists to partners, volunteers and supporters. Together, we've created memories, built connections and celebrated creativity across our communities. Here's to carrying that energy into the autumn!
