On Saturday 3rd August 2024 the local community will come together in a special shared collaboration for the much loved Aston Carnival and Children’s Capital of Culture are excited to announce that they are partnering with them to work with local schools in the surrounding area to support the build up to the carnival day.
We are looking for artists to run a series of creative and participatory workshops with local schools in the community. The aim of the sessions will be to create large pieces of site dressing and parade decoration, which respond to this years' theme of bigger, brighter and more colourful than before!

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: 23:59 pm on Sunday 23rd June. The pay for delivery is £250 per workshop. We can also cover material costs.
