The Alzanas, Harold, Edgar, Hilda, and Elsie, were daredevils from Maltby who dazzled audiences as a star fixture of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus from the late 1940s to the mid-1960s. Known for their breathtaking high-wire acts, the Alzanas fearless manner made them local legends.Â
